Our In-Depth Process
Here at Rooffresh, we have a robust process in place to ensure your roof get the proper attention and care it deserves. First of all, we will inspect your roof for any damage and repair any existing or potential issues using cutting-edge products and our many years of experience. Next, we will give your roof a high pressure wash to get rid of all grime and debris. Furthermore, we will treat the roof with high quality antifungal sprays to ensure your roof remains moss free for as long as possible.
Once the basics are taken care of, we will then check and replace valley irons and rebed ridge cappings as required. We will then flexipoint the ridge cappings and finish up with a Dulux AcraTex 3 coat system. The result? A fully restored roof that you will enjoy for many years to come! Cement tile restoration process:
- Inspect the roof and change any broken tiles.
- If required, we can also change valley irons.
- Proceed with a high pressure wash roof.
- Ridge caps are rebed where required and cracks or gaps in the pointing along the ridge capping are sealed off using Flexipoint pointing compound.
- Prime the roof in a Dulux AcraTex surfacer or sealer.
- Apply two colour coats of Dulux AcraTex in gloss or satin.
Terracotta tile restoration process:
- Inspect the roof
- Change valley irons if required
- Proceed with a high pressure wash roof
- Treat roof With anti fungal
- Rebed ridge caps where required
- Apply Flexipoint compound
Tin roof restoration process:
- Inspect roof and change weathered screws
- Proceed with a high pressure wash roof
- Treat roof with Dulux prep treatment
- Prime roof With Dulux AcraTex mx primer
- Apply two colour coats of Dulux AcraTex satin
